How Do I Place An Order?

You may place and order for the main product to be sent to you as is, or you can request a different color in the same style. Also, you can refer to the "Bright Creations" page and choose a style from the gallery and the color you want. I custom make each and every piece no sets are the same , so you will have a beautiful unique piece or pieces of jewelry no one else has anywhere.

Payment and Shipping

The payment includes tax where it is applicable and the shipping is free for most products shipped in the United States. If the shipping cost is 50% or more than the product you are purchasing a small part of that sum will be billed to you and added on to the total purchase price. All prices will be fully revealed at check out and you won't get a suprise bill later.

I use PayPal a worldwide vendor for safe and accurate transactions. They are a trusted name in the business world and this option allows you to securely use credit cards and secured checks to pay for your purchases.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product do to malfunction or dissastisfaction , you may return the full product and all its pieces , or just the pieces you wish to replace /or repair. I can repair your jewelry or give you full store credit to purchase something else, no cash refunds. If your jewelry has broken due to maltreatment there may also be a small fee for repair.

Your right to privacy is protected , no email address, phone number , payment information or any other confidences shall be shared or sold to outside sources or media at any given time for any reason.
